New Felid Enclosure for Lynx at Aspen Valley

We are excited to announce that the Gordon and Patricia Gray Animal Welfare Foundation has donated a total of $30,000 over 3 years towards the care of the animals at Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. Money from the grant will be put towards the upgrades that are currently in progress on our lynx and bobcat enclosures.

Oakville & Milton Humane Society Opens New Cat Colony Room

Thanks to a generous grant from the Gordon and Patricia Gray Animal Welfare Foundation, a new Cat Colony Room has been built at the OMHS. This converted adoption room, previously filled with cages, allows the cats to roam freely throughout the day, climb cat trees, play and sleep in beds.
