Having foreknowledge of funds coming in future years is extremely helpful in terms of planning, so I really appreciate you making this multi-year. This is a very critical time for the Southern Resident Killer Whales. These funds will help greatly with our program work and in analyzing the efficacy of new measures and guidelines for vessels which the Federal Government has introduced over the last couple of years.

I look forward to following up with you and reporting on our work, and hopefully successes, over the coming years.
